Kao i svi dobri recepti, i ova ideja za recept je nastala u slučaju nedostatka namirnica. Jednostavno, ostale su još dve crvene pečene paprike u zamrzivaču od prošlog leta, imala sam mrvu belog mesa i malo fete. Kao modla je poslužila nestandardna čaša za vodu, tj.za viski od 400ml, a sve ostalo je išlo samo od sebe. Ovo je sasvim dovoljna količina za jednu osobu, za jedan obrok. Ispalo je sjajno, a uz povećanje namirnica ovo može da bude odlična salata koju možete služiti u velikoj staklenoj činiji.
CRVENE PAPRIKE U ČAŠI
2 pečene crvene paprike sitno seckane, dobro oceđene
1 tvrdo kuvano jaje-kockice
2 kašike cepkanog kuvanog belog mesa
2 šnite pečnice
3 kašike rendane fete
par kašika majoneza i kisele pavlake-pomešanti
Čašu od 400ml obložite providnom folijom, pa fetu dobro utisnuti na dno. Zatim ređamo majonez i pavlaku, deo paprika, ponovo majonez i pavlaka, jaje, papriku, pa majonez i pavlaku sa belim mesom i trunkom fete. Sve zatvoriti sa šnitom pečenice.
Ohladite par sati u frižideru, pa čašu staviti naopačke na tanjir za serviranje. Pre serviranja podignite čašu i uklonite foliju.
As all good recipes come about this one came by accident. I had two red peppers in the freezer and a bit of everything just not enough to serve by itself. It came out as a beautiful lunch for one person. Enjoy and make up your own glass when cleaning out the fridge and .some cleaning it was that it ended up on the internet!
2 roasted red peppers finely sliced into cubes
1 hard boiled egg diced
2 tablespoon of boiled chicken meat cut into cubes
round piece of ham
3 tablespoons of grated feta
couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and sour cream mixed
Before you begin make sure to drain all the excess liquid from peppers by putting them in strainer overnight. As a mold I used a 400ml scotch glass. Line the glass with cling foil and press the feta at the bottom, then layer with mayonnaise and sour cream, peppers, mayonnaise and sour cream, egg, peppers, mayonnaise and sour cream with chicken and a bit of feta.Close the top with ham.
Let cool in the fridge for a couple of hours. Flip over the glass on a plate where it's served and remove the glass and remove the foil. Enjoy!
