Ovaj recept u svesci moje mame stoji pod nazivom Makedonska salata jer ga je davnih dana dobila od koleginice koja je iz Makedonije. Divna salata od krompira, praziluka i suvih paprika je nešto nalik klasičnoj krompir salati, ali još lepša. Recept je prikladan za Veliki post koji počinje za koji dan za dane kada se posti na ulju. Kod nas se tradicionalno nađe na stolu za Badnje veče, a spremam je i tokom cele godine.
POSNA SALATA OD KROMPIRA, SUVE PAPRIKE I PRAZILUKA
2 veća krompira, oko 700g
5 suvih crvenih paprika
60g praziluka (može i više)
4 kašike ulja
2 kašike belog vinskog sirćeta
1 ravna kašičica soli

Skuvajte krompir u ljusci i ostavite ga da se malo ohladi. Oljuštite ga i grubo usitnite onako rustično, viljuškom. Suvu papriku ubacite u ključalu vodu i kuvajte oko 5 minuta. Provucite je kroz hladnu vodu i iscepkajte je na manje komade. Praziluk iseckajte na kose krugove ili kockice ali više zelenog nego belog dela. Spojite topao krompir, suvu papriku i praziluk. Posolite, pobiberite lepo i dodajte sirće i ulje. Imajte na umu da krompir upija dosta soli pa uvek pre serviranje degustirajte i doterajte ukus. Servirajte je toplu ili hladnu.

Mix the potatoes, leeks that you have chopped into cubes or circles and peppers. Add salt and pepper and toss. Add vinegar and oil. Serve warm or cold. Before serving taste the salat since potatoes apsorb lots of salt and adjust to your taste.

2 large potetoes, around 700g
5 air dried red peppers
60g leeks, green and white parts
4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
2 tablespoons of white vine vinegar
1 even teaspoon of fine salt
groung black pepper
