SALATA OD TUNJEVINE


NAMAZ OD TUNJEVINE

2 konzerve tunjevine (svaka 185g net težine)
4 tvrdo kuvana jaja, sitne kockice)ž
100g krem sira
100ml majoneza
180g kisele pavlake 20%mm
2 kašičice limunovog soka
malo soli
malo peršuna

Tunjevinu dobro ocediti od ulja iz konzerve. Mikserom ili ručno spojiti sve sastojke.
Dobro ohladiti i servirati sa parmezanom koji pospete preko ili sa maslinama.




TUNA SALAD

2 cans of tuna (6.3oz net weight each can)
4 cold hard boiled eggs cut into cubes
100g cream cheese
100ml mayonnaise
180g of sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt
parsley

Mix all the ingredients  with electric mixer for 10 seconds. Serve with Parmeggiano Reggiano on top or with olives.
