PILEĆI RAŽNJIĆI S DAŠKOM EGZOTIKE by Andrea

Čim sam ih spazila, znala sam da ću ih jednog dana napraviti. Andreino Voće i Povrće je prava mala riznica, a ja ću joj privremeno preimenovati blog u Voće i Povrće s daškom egzotike. Volim da probam neobične kombinacije, a naročito sada kada skoro svih začina ima i kod nas. Bila sam odlučna da nabavim sve začine, pa sam i Garam Masalu kupila. Rezultat je bio fenomenalan. Najfinije, najsočnije pileće meso koje sam probala, a u nazivu mu savršeno pasuje onaj dašak, jer se baš u dašku osećaju svi začini. Ovaj recept zadržavam u svom repertoaru. Hvala Andrea!




GARAM MASALA je indijski začin, tj. mešavina mlevenih začina korijander, cumin, čili, biber, karanfilić, crni kardamom, đumbir, so, komorač,  kim, čili, anis...Bila sam sigurna da ga neću naći , ali gle čuda u prvoj prodavnici zdrave hrane su ga imali. Kutija ima 100g tako da može da traje godinama. Kada sam otvorila kesu ošamutio me je jak miris začina, počela sam da kijam u naletima i pomislila da sam ga džabe kupila, ali nisam mogla a da ga ne stavim pošto su ražnjići egzotični. Stavila sam  trećinu ravne kašičice. Rezultat je bio odličan. Garam masalu ću i dalje koristiti ali u malim količinama, kao i ovde, na prstohvat! Feferone sam izostavila iz recepta pošto nismo ljubitelji ljutog. Laka kuharica ima sjajan post o začinskom bilju, pa skoknite do nje i pročitajte.



PILEĆI RAŽNJIĆI S DAŠKOM EGZOTIKE

500g mlevenog belog mesa  (ili batak i karabatak)
60g indijskog oraha krupnije mlevenog 
1 jaje
2 kašike tečne pavlake za kuvanje
2 pune kašičice seckanog peršuna
2 kašičice sitno narendanog đumbira  (ja sam koristila suvi, pola kašičice)
2 čena sitno rendanog belog luka
1 kašičica Garam Masale (ja sam trećinu kašičice stavila)
so I biber
štapići za ražnjiće

Spojiti sve sastojke pa staviti u frižider na sat, a još bolje preko noći. Manje komade smese oblikovati oko ražnjića i peći u grill tiganju, a ja sam pekla na teflonu.




CHICKEN KEBABS WITH A HINT OF EGZOTIC FLAVOR

I found this recipe on beautiful blog Voće i Povrće belonging to a fellow blogger Andrea.  Everything on this blog has a hint of the egzotic. It is a real treasure box, her blog. I am shearing her recipe with you, and even though I am not a big fan of the Indian cuisine these kebabs are on my list of favorites. You can make them smaller for a party and ahead of time. They freeze great. Give them a try. 

500g ground chicken breast
60g  cashew nuts roughly ground
1 egg
2 tablespoons of cream
1 full tablespoons chopped parsley
2 teaspoons shredded fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves  shredded on micro plane
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
chili pepper finely chopped
salt
black pepper

Mix all the ingredients by hand and put in the fridge for an hour, or better yet overnight. Form the shape like in a picture with wet hands and put on a wooden stick. Fry in a grill pan. Serve with your favorite sauce.

  1. I love kebas, there is Asian style which we called it satay, love both too. Yours look mouth-watering as well :).

  2. Oooo... these look very much like the Indonesian 'satay lilit'! I think this is quite an interesting kebab. Normally, they'll use slicing meat or cubed meat. However, from the ingredients I knew these would taste fantastic & very very flavourful. So, am I invited? hahaha.... Hope you're enjoying your day.

  3. Sounds fantastic! Personally, I love Indian/Asian cuisine so I'm sure it would be a big hit here. They look very flavourful. Love the inclusion of cashews. But I think I'd replace the cream with yoghurt...hopefully that would be okay?
